A 35 year old female with 34C cup size, desired larger/perkier breasts, a full C cup goal, with the most natural look and feel possible. Dr. Shumway performed breast augmentation with a periareolar approach(incision through the areola/nipple), using Allergan 457cc medium profile silicone implants above the muscle. He also performed a crescent mastopexy to correct her droopiness.
