A 45 year old female with 32A cup size, desired larger breasts, a C cup goal, with the most natural look and feel possible. Dr. Shumway performed breast augmentation with an inframammary approach(incision site underneath the breast), using Allergan 397cc medium profile silicone implants under the muscle.
