A 33 year old Italian female with extensive nasal deformity, a deviated septum, and turbinate hypertrophy was frustrated with her extreme difficulty breathing through the nose and unhappy with the overall appearance. Dr. Shumway performed an open reduction septo/rhinoplasty, improving her dorsal hump and alleviating breathing issues.
