A 59 year old female, desired fuller "perkier" breasts. Dr. Shumway performed a Bernelli Lift (extended crescent mastopexy) by excising a crescent-shaped piece of the excess skin from around the nipple. He also performed a transumbilical(navel incison site) breast augmentation with Allergan 480cc saline implants above the muscle.
